3.1 Digital Product Policy
Finqube licenses are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are final once an activation key has been issued and delivered.
3.2 Eligibility for Refund
We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances only:
The activation key does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report
You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error
3.3 How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@finqube.one within 7 days of your purchase date with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3.4 No Refunds For
Change of mind after activation key delivery
Incompatibility with your operating system (please check system requirements before purchasing)
Issues arising from third-party software or your own hardware
Partial use of the license period
